Tuesdays @ 4:30 PM - 8 week sessions run throughout the school year.
Our fun and dynamic program is designed to inspire and engage children while promoting a healthy lifestyle. We will lead kids through age-appropriate workouts that focus on developing strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.
